We are currently migrating some of our API.video services to support our objectives of operational excellence and compliance.
As part of the migration on September 3rd, 2025, our current list of sub-processors will be replaced by the updated list available on our website. No action is required on your part, and you may continue to use your account as usual. However, you should expect a service interruption of 1 hour maximum. The maintenance window is scheduled in between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM CET (08:00 AM - 09:00 AM UTC).
The impact on your services will be as low as possible and we will do our best to ensure a smooth transition.
